Pension shall include gratuity except when the term pension is used in contradistinction to gratuity but does not include dearness relief.

The minimum qualifying service required to earn retiring pension in case of permanent regular commission officer is 20 Years and 15 Years

When an officer is invalidated out on account of a disability and the same is attributable to or aggravated by Military

When on officer is invalided out of service on account of a disability which is neither attributable to nor aggravated by military service, he will be entitled to invalid pension

Service Pension is a pension, which is sanctioned to a P.B.O.R. on Completion of his terms of engagement for the qualifying service
